We are assisting a professional services firm to hire an experienced payroll administrator.
Our client is an established and highly reputable firm of accountants who are seeking a Payroll Administrator for a job at their offices in South Leicestershire. This family-run firm offer a welcoming and friendly environment, and they use IRIS and Sage. Knowledge of IRIS payroll is preferable but not essential. Experience within a firm of accountants or bureau setting is desirable.
Based in Lutterworth, the offices are commutable from Leicester, Rugby, Hinckley, Market Harborough, Nuneaton & Coventry.
The position will be office based (no home-working availability currently - however offices are Covid-19 secure with individual work spaces).
The role will consist of preparing:
* payroll for multiple companies of varying sizes in a multitude of industries
* furlough claims
* pension declarations
* taking phone calls from clients and assisting with payroll queries.
There will be the potential for the right candidate to work towards increased responsibilities and the role of Payroll manager
The salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications.
