A professional services firm in Leicester are seeking to hire into a Payroll job, with blended office / home working on offer, spacious offices which are very nice and parking on site. There is a lot of room in the offices, useful in the current situation and the firm are of course using a blend of office and home working currently, which they are happy to offer to a new recruit.
This firm are now seeking to hire into a crucial Payroll position in the team that can be hired either full time or part time.
The successful candidate will be required to work on up to 200 client payrolls, although you may choose to use an outsourced payroll provider for a number of the more basic ones. The role will see you work on IT systems including Sage, Payroll Manager and Xero. These payrolls are often smaller, typically 10-20 people on the payroll with the largest 70 staff and many only a few staff.
* Payroll - Running a bureau of clients' payroll and working with the firm's management to add value, broaden the service and ensure it as of the highest quality at all times.
* Training and communicating with clients using all software named above including being first point of contact for all payroll queries and other matters as relevant
* Managing client's expectations over timings, chasing for information etc.
