An accountancy firm based close to Nottingham are keen to hire into the role detailed below for a Payroll and administration professional and this role can either be on a PART TIME BASIS for circa 15 hours per week or full time basis including a mix of payroll, pensions and potentially admin or bookkeeping duties, dependent on your skills and preference.
This job is one where the successful candidate will be a good multi tasker, relish client interaction, enjoy working in a small team and work in a dynamic and friendly organisation.
Payroll is for clients of the firm and numbers circa 200 payrolls - some weekly and monthly. There is nothing particularly complex but prompt service is essential.
The role will include working with new clients to support them through the initial part of becoming a client of the practice and being involved in advising the companies own development. Customer service skills and a reasonable level of accountancy knowledge is therefore required, although you do not have to have experience gained from working in an accountancy practice.
The person hired must know about accounts and have a solid all-round knowledge. Any experience from working in an accountancy practice would be useful, but people with relevant experience from a company will be considered
