An accountancy firm in Leicester are seeking to hire an Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper on a part-time basis, ideally three days per week. The successful individual will work with one large client very closely, but also be involved with other work too. The position includes a mixture of duties including accounts preparation (if you have that experience but not if you don't), bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and general duties. The level of person hired is flexible and the firm are really seeking someone with the right approach and attitude. If the person hired is not experienced in year-end accounts, the role can focus purely on bookkeeping and VAT. Salary will depend totally on experience and qualifications.
