Blusource are working with a reputable company who are seeking an experienced PA/ Office Administrator to join their busy team in Birmingham!
Our client is looking for an experienced individual who will be able to provide excellent PA service to three members of the Senior Management Team and admin support to the wider team. Your role will consist of diary management for the Senior Management Team, managing any incoming and outgoing communication as well as ensuring all expenses and travel arrangements are covered and arranged accordingly. You must also be able to use your own initiative in the absence of the team, resolving routine queries and issues on behalf of them.
The ideal candidate will be proficient using all Microsoft applications and has previous PA/ Office Administrator experience. Great communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is also desirable.
