Job Description

Blusource HR are currently recruiting for an immediately available Office Administrator to join a fast-paced organisation, based in Mansfield and easily commutable from Hucknall, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Kirby in Ashfield, Alfreton and Bilsthorpe.

This is a temporary position, although there is a potential for the post to be extended.

You will have very strong administration and organisational skills, well able to work on your own initiative with a 'can do' attitude. Prioritisation will be key to this role, as it is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a 'go to' person for your department, key areas of responsibility will include:


* Inputting customer enquiries into the CRM
* Processing of stock orders and liaising with the factory with regards to deliveries
* Organising merchandise for road shows
* Ordering stationary and office supplies
* Gathering Proof of Deliveries for the accounts department


* Acting as the first point of contact for training enquiries
* Organising training days, including ordering/organising buffet lunches
* Ensuring all certification paperwork is completed
