Job Description

A major employer in Cambridge with a global presence are looking for an Office Administrator to provide efficient, organised and flexible support to their financial and accounting business in Cambridge. This job could well suit a college leaver or someone with proven office experience, keen to join a highly professional business.

Your role

Specific responsibilities will include:
* Complex diary management
* Taking the lead on travel arrangements (domestic and international travel alongside air and rail travel)
* Organising meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
* Act on own initiative to ensure complex queries are progressed within timescales
* Processing expenses
* Filing, scanning, printing, photocopying and mail distribution
* Research using firm's databases & other publications
* Establish a rapport with clients, partners and staff

Your professional experience

The ability to use own initiative and work autonomously as well as part of a team
* Advanced IT skills & Power Point essential as you will be creating and editing slide packs
* Advance knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Word
* Strong interpersonal skills; diplomatic, discreet and with the ability to build and maintain relationships across the team. A proven adaptable, keen and flexible approach
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a heavy workload and work effectively under pressure
* A professional telephone manner
