Blusource HR are currently recruiting for a PA/Office Administrator to join a close knit, friendly and fast growing team. Based in Nottingham city centre with easy access to public transport links, easily commutable from Derby, Leicester, Loughborough and Mansfield.
You will be a highly organised and reliable individual. Reporting into the MD, key responsibilities will include:
* Making travel arrangements for the Managing Director, e.g. train tickets, flights, accommodation
* Organising the Managing Director's calendar, e.g. booking meetings
* Printer maintenance, ordering office supplies
* Day to day HR administration, e.g. recording holidays, absence
* Logging any calls related to sales/enquiries
My client is looking for someone with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You will be someone who is happy to role your sleeves up and get stuck in with the day to day running of a small office.
