Are you an experienced HR Advisor or People Advisor who can deliver regional HR support to a significant national business, headquartered in Nottingham, on a hybrid basis?
Supporting Operational Managers and other members of the Human Resources team, you will help to resolve casework issues with the relevant HR advice, sharing best practice via email, phone and face to face communication.
The role will enable you to get involved in systems and process improvement as well as key business projects including the development of policy and change management, making you a key member of the team in a varied role.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis which would mean 2-3 days per week working remotely and 2-3 days per week spent in the Nottingham office or other locations. You will manage your own diary to give you flexibility, ensuring business needs are met.
