Are you looking for your next exciting HR Transformation project, where you can make a drastic difference to a well-known national business, based from Nottingham, East Midlands on a hybrid basis?
In this business critical project, you will oversee the implementation of new HRIS technology for the UK division of this international organisation. This will enable the centralisation of people processes and service, to improve employee experience across the business.
You will be working with the HR Director, Human Resources functional Leads and the overall Project Director as well as other stakeholders. As the HR Transformation Lead, you have full responsibility for project management and the delivery of the new system, including testing, implementation and embedding the system across all levels of the business.
You will be assisting with setting the culture of continuous improvement and providing excellent colleague experience, driving self-service and organising HRIS training, as well as managing the end to end programme and project lifecycle ensuring that all services & processes delivered by the HRIS are optimised.
Who are we looking for?
You will need to have very strong Project Management skills, proven leadership and collaborative working skills as being able to drive solutions within a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders. Experience of delivering HR/People Technology transformation programmes will be needed.
The role is offered on a 9-12 month contract basis and a salary in the region of £65,000 to £80,000 but day rates will also be considered.
