Are you a great communicator who can manage upwards as well as connect and build relationships in a meaningful way across different parts of an organisation?
This is a newly created role to enhance the HR function and oversee an HR Advisor, so we are looking or you to improve the processes, provide greater support across the organisation and assist with change and development.
You will be involved in all areas and look at projects to improve areas such as employee well-being and processes around disciplinaries and grievances, so we are looking for someone with drive and energywho can instigate and implement improvement projects.
