Blusource HR are working with a reputable and well-established company who are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner based in Lincolnshire and commutable from areas like Lincoln, Newark-on-Trent and Sleaford.
Are you looking for a more hands on and proactive role within a fast pace commercial environment?
You will be CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent with strong HR experience within a commercial background. Across 9 business sites in Europe you will support the management team and employees. A strategic thinker will be pivotal in executing the key business objectives in line with the company and HR strategy. You will deliver a professional HR service, offering advise and dealing with employment related matters as well as delivering key HR projects to both improve efficiency of the business and support employee development.
Some other responsibilities are:
* Key point of contact for employees and managers for assigned Business Units
* Proactive approach within performance and absence management, employee relations, resourcing and staff management/development.
* Monitor, review and update HR policies, procedures and employee handbook in liaison with the Senior HR Manager
* Supporting the Senior HR Manager in developing the people and organisation plan with aims to enhance performance, upskill employees and improve employee engagement across the business.
