Job Description

A thriving and reputable company are looking to recruit into an Office Manager, commutable from areas such as Leicester, Loughborough and Nottingham.

Do you want to be in an all-round, hands on, administrative position?

You will be ensuring all office administration are running effectively and efficiently. You will be a personable and energetic individual who is happy to multi-task and take on the wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks.

Some of your responsibilities are:

· Developing office policies through implementing procedures and guidelines in regards to the operation of the office

· Ensuring all company documentation and information is maintained and stored for protection, retention, disposal and retrieval

· Managing relationships with suppliers and service provides such as ordering stationery, printing and computer supplies, liaising with utilities, maintenance
and telecoms companies

· Managing diaries for meetings, appointments and organising schedules

· Maintaining filing systems and confidentiality of data

· HR and Recruitment and Health and Safety related matters

· Knowledge of Office Management and systems

· Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages

· Organising both staffs' and clients' birthday gifts

· Proficient in MS Office
