A fantastic Compensation & Benefits Manager position for the UK arm of a global business, easily commutable from Nottingham, Derby and Leicester.
This is a new role within a large HR function, where you will have the opportunity to make your mark and be responsible for implementing and developing a wide range of reward programs.
You will be providing strategic advice to the senior management team and HR, looking at cost benefit analysis and salary forecast projections to support the long term strategy. You will conduct job analysis and evaluation, have responsibility for executive compensation and be involved in all things reward and recognition.
Reporting directly into the Head of HR, you will be exposed to all areas of the business both in the UK and in Europe.
