Job Description

Blusource HR are currently recruiting for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join a leading firm, based in Solihull and easily commutable from Birmingham, Redditch, Coventry and Kenilworth.

Working as part of the Real Estate group, this role will focus on Plot Sales. Key responsibilities will include:

- assisting with the processing of land registry forms

- attending to clients on the phone, taking messages and assisting with the process where possible

- opening and closing electronic files

- typing up documents and correspondence

- photocopying, filing, printing and archiving

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a Real Estate team. You will have accurate keyboard skills and will be well able to prioritise your workload, working with efficiency and enthusiasm.
