A really interesting Part-Time Internal Communications Manager position with a National business, on a hybrid basis from their Nottingham head office.
On a flexible 3 day per week basis (with one or two days per week in the office as needed). You will be part of the HR team working with key stakeholders on the Executive and Senior Leadership teams, helping the business with how they communicate to the business.
The business is multi-site as well as largely remote, so you will be involved in the strategic approach needed, the tone, as well as the logistics of how messages are cascaded through the business.
There are some meaty projects to get your teeth into as well as planning and executing events to increase the engagement and interaction between leaders, management and their employees.
As you might expect, we are looking for an excellent communicator, with a flair for writing who has experience operating in a larger multi-site business.
You will be reporting into an experienced, engaging and down to earth HR Director who is empowering and flexible in approach.
