Blusource HR are recruiting an interim HR Reward specialist for a 3-6 month contract based in Nottingham.
This is a high profile role where you will be working with the owners of the business to do a complete review of pay and benefit, bringing the current processes in to one cohesive annual system.
We are looking for you to be excellent at modelling pay and bonus scenarios, so your Excel knowledge will be excellent and you will be adept at working with senior managers and finding business focussed solutions.
Your analytical skills will be honed and we are looking for a candidate who is able to start at short notice.
Following the initial project, there will be a permanent position as well, so you could consider the role as either a temporary to permanent post or purely interim, depending on your preference.
