Job Description

Blusource HR are currently recruiting for an interim HR & Payroll Coordinator to assist in a key project for the organisation - the implementation of an integrated HR & Payroll system. Based not far from the city centre, this position is easily commutable from Arnold, Hucknall, Woodborough and Ilkeston.

This is an immediate need so, if you can start a new role at short notice and you are keen to get stuck into a meaty project, this could be the role for you.

Recent growth has led to the need for a new HR and payroll system to help things run as smoothly and efficiently as possible for the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working across both HR and payroll. Project experience and familiarity with HR/payroll systems would also be a big plus. Other responsibilities will include:

- Providing general HR advice to employees and Managers

- Supporting Managers at meetings. e.g. taking notes

- Payroll administration

- HR Administration, including: offer letters and contracts, leavers, learning and development
