Blusource are partnered with a national business to recruit a full-time HR System Manager on a hybrid bases, working 2-3 days from home and 2-3 from their Nottingham office. This opportunity will see the successful candidate responsible for:
* Supplying accurate payroll and business management information for time sensitive reporting
* Administrating relevant HR systems, ensuring accuracy of information.
* Processing incoming and outgoing references, benefits and supporting payroll with queries
* Working with the HR Team to support Business Partners with generalist HR Activities and administration
* Being a system super user, you will support for the wider business and the HR team in handling system queries and issues.
The successful candidate will:
* Have established experience in maintaining general reporting and accurate data on HR Systems/Database
* Be a confident written and verbal communicator
* Be CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualified
* Experience in delivering HR advice in a large business.
