Blusource HR are currently recruiting an experienced HR Manager in a new, stand-alone role for an established business, which is based on the edge of Leicester city centre, easily commutable from Hinckley, Loughborough and Market Harborough.
This is a great opportunity for you to develop the HR function in a company, working with the owners of the business and putting in place better systems and procedures.
The organisation has circa 50 people and is growing and this will be their first full time HR Manager, so they are looking for someone to take ownership of the role and free up the time of the owners.
The business prides itself in giving their staff a good work-life balance and is looking for an approachable HR Manager who can assist their staff further.
You will be hands-on, be willing to get involved in training, recruitment, overseeing and potentially revamping contracts as well as managing all aspects from starters and leavers to maternity leave as being involved in staff appraisals. If you have any previous experience around payroll, that would be advantageous, but not a prerequisite.
We are also looking for someone who would be happy to organise company social events with the goal of creating a supportive and sociable environment for the team.
