Blusource HR are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join an international organisation in a growing and evolving function. This role is based in north Nottingham, easily commutable from Ilkeston, Heanor, Hucknall and Mapperley.
You will join a new and developing HR support centre function, therefore a background in Shared Services would be highly advantageous. Key responsibilities will include:
- HR administration, e.g. creating and issuing contracts of employment; processing new starter and leaver information for payroll purposes; maintaining accurate and up to date employee records
- Supporting the recruitment process, e.g. issuing new starter induction packs and making reference requests
- Providing first line advisory support on Employee Relations matters, e.g. disciplinary and grievances, absence management, maternity and paternity leave requests.
You will have excellent attention to detail and a strong administrative background, well able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
