Blusource HR are currently recruiting for an HR Coordinator to join a multi-site organisation. This role will be based in Corby but will involve travel to other sites in the East Midlands area 1-2 times a week. As such, you will need to have access to a car.
Working as part of an HR team, key responsibilities will include:
- Providing HR advice and support to those sites in your patch.
- Respond to HR queries in a timely manner, whether that be face-to-face, over the phone or via email. Escalating more complex issues to the HR Officer.
- Producing contracts of employment.
- HR administrative duties, e.g. updating the HR system and maintaining employee records.
- Supporting the HR Officers with managing casework, e.g. note taking.
