Job Description

Blusource HR are currently recruiting for an HR & Payroll Coordinator to join a Nottingham based organisation, easily commutable from Arnold, Hucknall, Woodborough and Ilkeston.

Due to recent growth, the organisation are looking for an experienced HR and payroll professional, who can support with the continued development of the HR function. Key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the integration of a new HR and payroll system

- Providing HR support and advice to Managers

- Looking after the administration for new starters, e.g. sending out offers letters and contracts

- Payroll administration

- Note-taking at meetings

- General HR administration
