Job Description

Blusource HR are currently working on an HR & Payroll Advisor position, based in Lincolnshire and easily commutable from Sleaford, Grantham, Boston, Coningsby and Billingborough.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified, with a strong knowledge of Employment Law. You will be a proactive and experienced HR professional, able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will have experience of dealing with disciplinary and grievances, experience within recruitment would also be beneficial.

Supporting the Payroll Manager, you will also have experience in the preparation, processing and administration of payroll.
