Job Description

Are you an HR Advisor looking for variety and exposure in a hybrid working environment?

Working 1-2 days per week in the office, (which is easily commutable from Newark, Nottingham, Sleaford and Melton Mowbray), and the rest from home, you will be supporting the HR function and line managers implement HR systems and processes.
The organisation has a very supportive culture, giving training and lots of opportunity for professional development as well as lots of flexibility and a great work / life balance.

You will be providing line managers with comprehensive and proactive advice to help them with the people agenda as well as their business objectives and have the opportunity to add lots of value to the organisation.

Previous experience of employee relations or HR business partnering as well as general HR Administration will be needed and you will ideally be studying or already have your CIPD.
