Job Description

Blusource HR are currently recruiting for an entry level HR Administrator for a reputable business based in Derbyshire and commutable from areas like Derby, Nottingham and Burton - on - Trent.

Are you looking for an opportunity to progress within your HR career?

Ideally you will already have some experience within a HR administrative/co-ordinator role. You will report to the HR Business Partner and will support the operational management of the HR team's activities on a regular basis.

It will be crucial to ensure that an efficient and comprehensive HR service is provided to all relevant managers and HR teams. You will be able to advise them in aspects of best practice and legislation in accordance to the end to end HR process and employment checking standards which maintain both the business values and local polices and procedures.
