Job Description

Blusource HR are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join an organisation based in Lincolnshire, easily commutable from Boston, Peterborough, Bourne and Spalding.

This is a great opportunity for a highly organised and experienced HR Administrator to join an organisation which has ambitious plans for growth.

The ideal candidate will be:

- CIPD qualified (or working towards)

- Flexible: someone who enjoys variety in a role

- Willing to learn

- Professional and discreet

You will form part of a small team therefore previous exposure to a similar role is key as you will need to be able to use your own initiative.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Payroll administration

- Producing letters and documents

- Maintaining and updating the HR system

- Recruitment, end to end

- Staff inductions
