Blusource are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join a close knit, friendly and fast growing team. Based in Nottingham city centre with easy access to public transport links, easily commutable from Derby, Leicester, Loughborough and Mansfield.
This role offers lots of variety as you will be working alongside the Directors to ensure all areas of accounts are in order. This role will initially start on a part time temporary basis however the client is keen to make this a permanent full time position once the candidate is able to demonstrate their skills. Duties will range from managing invoices and staff expenses to keeping track of all client payments. You will also be in charge of providing a weekly report, presenting all relevant data and statistics for the week to the Directors and Chairmen. Previous financial administration experience is crucial as this will enable you to hit the ground running!
Previous experience using Xero is highly beneficial, however any experience using accounting software is welcomed! Strong communication and organisational skills is also desired!
