Blusource are working with a thriving business who are looking to recruit into a Customer Service Administrator position commutable from Mansfield, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Kirkby in Ashfield, Belper, Warsop, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
Are you immediately available and looking for a full-time role?
You will have strong all-round administrative and customer service experience, able to work within a fast pace environment and strong interpersonal skills.
Some of your responsibilities will look like:
* Processing orders, data entry, invoicing
* Dealing with any order discrepencies
* Dealing with queries and complaints
* Strong telephone management
* Filing and arching and ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
* Producing quotations
You will need to be available to start next Monday and also have your own transport as there will be some occasional travel to the secondary site.
