Job Description

Blusource HR are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a leading international organisation, based in Derbyshire and easily commutable from Loughborough, Long Eaton, Nottingham, Castle Donington and Leicester.

This is a fixed term contract position for 9 months.

* Issuing contracts of employment
* End to end recruitment, including posting job adverts and liaising with recruitment agencies
* Completing background checks for prospective employees
* Coordinating disciplinary meetings
* Maintaining personnel files

The ideal candidate will hold the CIPD Level 3 qualification and will have previous experience in a similar role.
