Blusource are working with a reputable and thriving company who are looking to recruit into a Customer Service Manager who must be comfortable in commuting between two sites.
This position is commutable from areas such as Nottingham, Mansfield, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Alfreton, Belper and Ripley.

You will have previous experience within a customer service manager role with strong organisational experience, exposure to integrating processes and procedures and have the ability to drive positive change.
This role does require someone who has SAP experience and experience around implementing ERP/CRM systems would be desirable.
The company is going through a period of change and growth so they are looking for someone who can put their own stamp on this role. Have you had experience of building a customer service function from scratch? Do you have strong process improvement skills?
It is important that you have a UK driving License due to the need of commuting between both sites.
