Job Description

Blusource are working with a great business based in Mansfield who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join this business on a permanent basis. This role is paying up to £21,000.

You will have strong all-round administrative and customer service experience, able to work within a fast pace environment and strong interpersonal skills.

Some of your responsibilities will look like:

* Processing orders, data entry, invoicing
* Dealing with any order discrepancies
* Dealing with queries and complaints
* Strong telephone management
* Filing and arching and ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
* Producing quotations
