Blusource HR are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary to join an established and reputable team within a national law firm. Based in Birmingham city centre, this role is well-located with easy access to public transport links.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a legal secretary. You will be highly organised with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and will be conscientious in your work, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail when faced with tight deadlines.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Producing accurate correspondence and documentation
- Attending to clients, whether that be in person or over the phone
- Opening and distributing post
- Financial administration, including producing bills
- Managing diaries for the team
