A professional services employer in Hucknall are hiring for a full-time Administrator and Bookkeeper job.
Our client is an established and successful professional firm who are a flexible and supportive employer with parking. The hours will be 9am-5pm Mon-Fri, with a 4pm finish on a Friday.
They are looking to hire on a FULL TIME basis. Salary will depend on the skills of the chosen applicant.
Responsibilities will include:
* Answering the phone, meeting and greeting visitors/clients
* Call HMRC to discuss any queries
* Producing letters of engagement
* Any time left will be used preparing spreadsheet analysis, basic bookkeeping etc.
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support and to have somebody greet clients on arrival with a bubbly, can-do attitude. Any remaining time not spent carrying on administration tasks, will be taken up with spreadsheet and basic bookkeeping tasks. For the right candidate, full training will be provided.
Any experience in a similar environment is advantageous.
