Blusource are working with a national business to recruit for a full time permanent Admin Assistant for their Milton Keynes Office. This is a client facing role and will be perfect for someone who has good customer service skills, is engaging, friendly and has a keen eye for detail.
In the role you will greet clients, complete office administration, answer phone calls and support the staff with secretarial duties.
Ideally you will have been in a PA/Receptionist/Administrator position previously, you will have exceptional communication skills both face to face and on the telephone, and you will have a good level of IT literacy, being able to navigate Microsoft office, reply to emails and type up documents.
