A leading accountancy brand are seeking to hire at either Senior OR Semi Senior level for their audit & accounts team. This job includes work on statutory accounts preparation, tax compliance and assisting team members and management with accounting and business advisory services including audit, which dependent on your preference can or does not have to be part of the role. The position on offer requires the candidate to have practical experience gained from working in an accountancy firm and being able to prepare accounts and tax computations to final stage, suitable for manager or partner review.
* Year-end accounts and tax returns up to final stage, ready for approval/ sign off by manager or partner;
* Some audit work, although this either can or may not be part of the role, dependent on your preference and experience
* To assist with on the job training of more junior members of staff, whilst at the same time meeting work priorities.
