Blusource HR are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join a leading global organisation, based in Lincolnshire and easily commutable from Sleaford, Grantham, Boston, Coningsby and Billingborough.
Working within the HR team, you will support the increasing recruitment needs of a growing organisation. Key responsibilities will include:
- Organising interviews and assessment sessions
- Being the first point of contact for candidates
- Ensuring that candidates files are kept up to date with, for example, right to work paperwork and ID documents
- :Liaising with agencies
- General HR administration
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in recruitment, experience in a technical environment would be advantageous. You will have a proactive and positive attitude with confidence in your relationship building skills. Please apply today if this role is of interest!
