Blusource HR are currently recruiting for a part time HR & Payroll Assistant to join a Nottinghamshire based organisation on a temporary basis. This position is easily commutable from Nottingham, Mansfield, Ripley, Ilkeston and Hucknall.
This is a temporary role, with the possibility of further extension. The working hours are 9am-3pm, Monday-Friday.
You will provide a confidential, efficient and accurate service with regards to the administration of payroll and HR. Reporting into the Head of HR, key areas of responsibility will include:
- Collation of weekly data and data input onto Sage payroll
- Data entry, collation and verification through spreadsheets and reports
- Filing and keeping personnel records up to date
- Maintenance of HR and payroll documentation
The ideal candidate will be experienced in data entry and will have previous experience of having used Sage 50. You will be proficient in the use of Excel and will have excellent attention to detail. Previous experience in an HR environment would be advantageous.
