Job Description

Blusource Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator for an organisation which is easily commutable from Nottingham, Bingham, Melton Mowbray, Grantham, Newark-on-Trent and the surrounding areas.

As an Office Administrator you will be working in a fast paced working environment for an award winning firm in a newly built office with free parking.

Your main duties will include, but not limited to:

* Word processing

* Dealing with telephone and email enquiries

* Faxing

* Photocopying

* Meeting and greeting people

For your application to be considered you must have strong communication skills both written and verbally, good organisation and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. The role will be offered on a temporary to permanent basis, however the client will consider suitable candidates on a permanent basis.
