Blusource HR are currently recruiting for an HR Information Systems Manager to join a rapidly growing international business. This role can be based in either London or Nottingham - easily commutable from Grantham, Newark on Trent, Derby and Loughborough.
This is a really key role to the organisation. Not only will you be managing the HR systems on a business as usual basis and managing the day-to-day reporting, you will also take the lead in an important project which will involve implementing a new HR system into the organisation. So if you are looking for a challenging and exciting systems role, this could be the position for you.
You will be an expert in HR policies, procedures and processes. Working with your counterpart in Technology, you will ensure that the newly implemented system will suit business needs.
You will have strong relationship building experience. The role involves managing a small team, so line management experience would also be a plus, as would experience of having worked across Europe.
