Blusource HR are currently recruiting for an HR Director to join an established East Midlands organisation.
This is great opportunity for an experienced, pragmatic and resilient individual to operate at Board level. Working with a number of key stakeholders and partnering closely with the Managing Director, you will develop, drive and lead the people strategy. Key areas of responsibility will include:
* Recruitment: ensuring that effective attraction and retention strategies are in place to as to secure and retain key talent
* People Management: overseeing the HR team, including performance management and development
* Relationship-building: supporting and working with the Senior Management Team, ensuring best practice
* Employee Benefits and Reward: liaising with providers and working with the Finance team to look at bonus schemes
This list is by no means exhaustive. This is a broad role which will allows you to make significant input from an HR perspective.
The ideal candidate will be MCIPD qualified with experience of having worked in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have worked within a multi-site setting, with a mix of blue and white collar employees.
