Job Description

Blusource HR are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a market leading organisation based in Lincolnshire, easily commutable from Boston, Peterborough, Spalding and Bourne.

My client is looking for someone to start ASAP so, if you are immediately available, please apply today! This role can be considered on both a full and part time basis.

Responsibilities will include:

* HR administrative tasks associated with: recruitment; new starters, leavers, training and changes of employment
* Payroll: inputting data into the payroll system, with accuracy and efficiency
* Producing HR documentation, such as: Employment Contracts, changes to Terms & Conditions
* Managing employee files and making sure that the HR database is up to date.
