Are you an experienced legal secretary looking for your next career move?
Blusource Legal have been instructed to find a highly enthusiastic individual with strong previous administration experience to undertake the role of a Legal Secretary based in the East Midlands. You will be required to work within a team to provide secretarial support within the firms Family team in order to deliver great service to the both the firm and the clients. The role involves some typical secretarial duties alongside more challenging responsibilities such as;
- Use of case management system to process and progress files
- Managing file opening, closure, archiving
- Accurate production of correspondence and documentation through the use of digital dictation
Suitable candidates for this role will have a some good administration experience, along with a minimum grade C at GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics. You will need to be a confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and have fast and accurate keyboard skills.
