We have been instructed directly on various vacancies across the East Midlands with firms ranging from large, international accountancy practices through to strong independent firms seeking senior professionals at Senior Manager, Director and Partner Designate level.

JOBS ARE AVAILABLE IN LEICESTER, NOTTINGHAM AND DERBY.

We have 5 jobs at larger firms Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire where professionals with strong audit experience are being sought at Manager, Senior Manager & Director grades. These firms can offer very strong salaries, career progression towards Director / Partner positions and the opportunity to become part of the management team in the region's leading firms. We also have instruction on 4 independent firms who are seeking a Senior Manager or Partner Designate for mixed roles including most aspects of general practice and leading teams.

Audit Senior Manager OR Director (Applicants will be considered between Manager & Director grade)

Supporting the Partners and Management team to provide the highest quality of audit and corporate services advice whilst helping to lead teams and develop the firm's client base. Job Role:

* Assisting and advising on audit strategy and planning * Providing audit services and client management * Leading an audit team including delegating work, reviewing work, finalising and maintaining client relationships * Managing audit assignments from planning through to finalisation * Business development * People management - coaching, feedback, performance management, training and development * Good communication and the ability to prioritise commercially is required.
