Blusource Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Assistant Buyer to join an organisation in Lincolnshire, which is commutable from Lincoln, Newark-on-Trent and Sleaford.
As an Assistant Buyer you will be supporting the Purchasing Team, providing administrative and practical support to ensure the availability of components and services within the organisation.
The role will be a 6 month Fixed Term Contract, full time.
Your duties will include, but not limited to:
*Requesting, obtaining and analysing quotations for required goods and services.
*Updating component pricing as instructed by the Team Leader.
*Issuing repair and work orders.
To be considered for the role you must have administrative / assistant buying work experience within a Supply Chain environment. You must also be able to work under little supervision, using your own initiative to complete tasks to a high standard.
