Blusource are looking to recruit an Administrator / Resourcer to join the team in Nottingham.

This role is an excellent introduction to recruitment, where your time will be initially split into 2 parts:
1 For half of your time you will be supporting all of the brands from an administrative perspective including reformatting candidate CVs; helping to organise events; marketing (including updating social media channels and the website); taking phone calls; as well as ad-hoc projects.
2 The other half of your time will be spent speaking with candidates on the phone and helping to source candidates for positions Blusource are recruiting for our clients from numerous sources (mainly Finance, HR and Office Support positions).
Once settled and you have mastered this dual role, there will be the potential opportunity to develop further into a trainee recruitment position if it appeals.
The key things we are looking for are:
* Honesty & integrity
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong educational background, ideally a graduate although non graduates will be considered
* Strong Administration skills
* A high level of IT literacy
