Job Description

Blusource Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant / Receptionist for an organisation based in Nottingham City Centre which is easily commutable from Carlton, Beeston, Arnold and the surrounding areas.

As an Administration Assistant / Receptionist you will working in a well-established company, providing excellent administrative services to the staff and partners within the organisation.

For your application to be considered must have strong communication skills, with excellent attention to detail. You will also need to be able to effectively prioritise your workload in a changing, fast-paced working environment.

Your duties will include, but not limited to:

*Providing administrative support to the operations team

*Organising all aspects of meetings including catering

*Dealing with telephone equiries and as well as incoming and outgoing mail

You should have experience of working within a similar role and be IT literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
